Yes |

It would make them very uncomfortable |
Do you believe that when homosexual couples adopt, it has a negative impact on the children? |
Yes |
If the answer to question 10 was yes, please explain. |
It most certainly has a negative impact on children. Aside from my belief that being gay is morally and naturally wrong, adopted children WILL be harrassed at school for their homosexual parents. THEY WILL, there is no question about it. No matter how much one may educate or attempt to educated adolescents about homosexuals (which really should not be done in its own), children will still tease children whom have homosexual parents. This will leave the adopted child emotionally scarred and hurt, as well as wundering why his/her parents are the way they are. Society is cruel, and this behavior of other children toward the adopted child will continue untill the child is old enough to realize the life he/she must face due to having been adopted by homosexuals, and also mature enough to take the continual remarks/ social blows that they will take. My opinion is that being homosexual is naturally wrong. This can be proven by the scientific fact that is everyone in the world were gay, the human race would cease to exist. Humans, and even further, all reproducing beings, were designed to be heterosexual: emotionally, instinctivly, and physically. |
Opinion Questions |
On a scale of 1 to 5 how much does it bother you to see a homosexual couple raising a child? |
4- It makes me very uncomfortable |
Does homosexuality conflict with the views of your religion? |
Yes |
If you answered yes to the previous question, how much does it conflict with these views? |
Homosexuality is not tolerated at all in my religion, and members who are homosexual are not welcome |
If a member of your family were homosexual and would want to adopt, how would it make you feel? |
I would support them, but would be worried about the welfare of the child |
Have you ever made or heard someone else make negative comments about homosexual couples who raise children? |
Yes |
Do you believe that children who are raised by homosexuals receive the same amount of love and affection that children raised by heterosexuals might receive? |
No |
If you answered No to the previous question, please explain why you feel they do not receive the same amount of love. |
They may end up recieving more love. in good or bad ways depending on how u look at it. |
In your opinion, what is the extent that children raised by homosexuals will become homosexuals themselves? |
On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being not at all and 10 being very frequently, how much do you believe that society discriminates against children of homosexuals? |
7 |
Do you believe that these children will have an equal opportunity in school and the work force? |
No |
If you answered No, please explain. |
Yes. They will have an equal OPPORTNITY. however they will not have equal treatment. Due to treatment at a young age, this will hinder their social attitude, thought process, and overall personality, thus limiting the amount of people that may like them. If they, by some miraculous feat of superhuman intellect, would be able to put aside the verbal discrimination from peers at a very young, susceptable, vulnerable age, then the person would most certainly have an equal opportunity as others would. |
