Although corporate culture is regularly lambasted for institutional racisim, gender and age bias, in the final analysis, no other society provides such an open discussion and such an open process for the rectifying of its problems as the US. At the same time, unlike many third world nations, there is still relative bounty of resources in the US, which prevents the growth and institutionalization of corruption and poverty. Despite its many flaws, the US still rewards its citizens the most fairly on the basis of merit.
