Informant #272521: Not race or sex related. At work I hold a supervisory position (at a waterpark). Guests of older age (30+) constantly disregard the rules I lay out politely, simply because I'm 19. This happens constantly. And because I supervise people my age, they occasionally try to take advantage of it as well.

Informant #272547: This question is kind of absurd. How would one know if they have been discriminated against? In 2010, racism is not overt. The Klan isn't going around burning crosses on front lawns. It's called institutionalized racism. The applicant named Tamika isn't going to get the phone call for an interview that Amber will. But will Tamika know for sure she was discriminated? Mmm, no.
